Key factors for a good photograph:

DPI (dots per inch) 300 DPI PPI (pixels per inch) 150-200 DPI

4:3 or 3:2 aspect ratio.

The artist Rosa uses figurative and impressionistic styles, sometimes bordering on abstraction, to interpret your photograph.
She will create a unique interpretation of your image that captures the essence of your feelings. Your photo transformed into an oil painting is a true reflection of your essence!

Custom oil paintings, created from your photo, include two signatures from the artist: one on the front and one on the back. The title (chosen by the artist based on the inspiration for the work) and the completion date will be written on the back of the canvas.
The painting is shipped mounted on canvas, ready to hang. It is recommended to varnish it six months after signing. The package includes a certificate of authenticity.

LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT
Light: Avoid direct sunlight and UV rays to prevent fading. Opt for indirect, soft light (less than 200 lux).
Temperature and Humidity: Keep humidity between 40% and 60% and avoid heat sources (radiators, fireplaces) or extreme cold, as these can crack the paint.
Ventilation: Do not hang it in bathrooms or on exterior walls. Ensure there is ventilation behind the painting to prevent mold growth (use spacers).

CLEANING AND HANDLING
Dust: Use a soft duster or microfiber cloth without rubbing too hard.
Dirt: For light dirt, a slightly damp cloth with distilled water may work, but test it first on an inconspicuous area. Do not use household cleaners!
Handling: Hold the artwork by the frame or edges, never by the canvas. Wear cotton gloves to avoid transferring oils from your skin.
Protection and Maintenance
Frame: A sturdy frame protects the canvas and stretcher bars. Make sure it fits properly.
Inspection: Remove the artwork periodically to inspect the back and frame for signs of moisture or pests.

COPYRIGHT: The artist holds the moral, reproduction, and exhibition rights.

CUSTOMER: You are purchasing the physical artwork, but not the reproduction rights to the image.

GUARANTEES: A certificate of authenticity from the National Registry Center of El Salvador is included.

PACKAGING: The piece has been professionally and securely protected with high-quality, specialized materials.

SHIPPING: The shipping company is responsible for delivering the product to your address undamaged.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: A refund will only be issued if the artwork arrives damaged. In that case, the customer has 5 days to file a damage claim. We require photographs of the artwork immediately. The artwork is not refundable for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

Delivery is made approximately one day after the order is placed and can be picked up at our store. Standard shipping takes three business days, and international shipping takes one week. STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES
For shipments within Sweden, we use Postnord. International shipments are made via your country’s national postal service. You can collect your painting from your nearest post office. *Exception: Norway, Finland, and India, which also ship with Postnord.
Below you will find the estimated delivery time once your order has been packaged, picked up by the carrier, and in transit.
Domestic (Sweden): 1-2 business days (Postnord)
Europe: 1-4 business days (National Postal Service)
Rest of the world: 2-15 business days (National Postal Service)
Paintings are sent via your country’s national mailbox, and you can collect them from your chosen mailbox.
All pickups by both carriers are scheduled for any business day, excluding national holidays. NOTE: The delivery times indicated apply to standard, uninsured shipments, unless the destination country or region requires another method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and apply under normal working conditions. Variations may occur depending on workload.
